We strongly suggest you read all the FAQ carefully before and after ticket purchase.
The online purchase of tickets for Ypsigrock Festival 2015 is ONLY possible at the address www.ypsigrock.com.
Payments are made through the HiPay electronic payment system.
1. How can I purchase my ticket?
In order to proceed with your purchase you need to have:
a valid e-mail address and a credit/debit card associated with an HiPay account and based on one of the following circuits:
– Visa (also Visa Electron and Postepay prepaid)
– Mastercard
– Maestro
– Carte Bleue
– Sofort
Alternative payment methods:
- with an HiPay account (by inserting e-mail and password associated with your HiPay account)
or
- cash payment in one of the forty-thousand SISALPAY points – bars, news agent’s, tobacconist, etc. -.
Thanks to the online connection between Sisal and HiPay, the operation will be completed in real time at the moment of the cash payment (for more info, click HERE).
2. I have never used Hipay. What is it? Is it safe?
HiPay is an electronic payment system that allows you to open an electronic wallet account in your local currency which you can then use to transfer funds directly from your credit/debit card and complete online transactions in a safe and simple manner. It is a circuit that is very similar (and alternative) to Paypal.
It is provided with an anti-fraud system and it guarantees a permanent control upon risk behaviour. It is part of Hi-Media group (Allopass).
3. Do I need to subscribe and open an HiPay account in order to purchase my ticket?
Subscription to HiPay and the creation of an electronic HiPay account are completely free of charge and automatically completed at your first payment through the HiPay.
4. My card is already associated with PayPal, can I still use it to pay through HiPay?
Yes.
5. Can I pay through PayPal?
No. HiPay is a payment system that is alterative to PayPal.
If you are already in possession of a PayPal prepaid card, you can use it through the Mastercard circuit (see point 1).
6. I am not an expert in online payments. What are the steps I need to take?
– Go to www.ypsigrock.com . On the upper right of the homepage you will find a box dedicated to the purchase of tickets, called “TICKETS”. Click on it. A dedicated page will open. Here you will find a box for every type of purchasable ticket.
- Click on the product you want to purchase
- A page will open, where you can choose a payment method (direct payment through credit card, or through HiPay account).
If you already have an HiPay account associated with your credit card, you simply have to insert your HiPay account credentials (email and password).
If you have never used HiPay before and you still haven’t associated your credit card with an HiPay account, don’t worry, in the “direct payment” (“pagamento diretto”) section you will be able to pay by simply inserting a valid email address and a credit/debit credit or prepaid card. By accepting the terms of service, you card will automatically be associated with a virtual HiPay account, a service that is completely free of charge.
In this case, follow these steps:
- insert a valid email address
- confirm your email
- insert your card number
- insert name and surname of the card owner
- insert the CVV security code
- insert the card expiry date
- tick the box next to the statement of acceptance of the terms of service
- click on “confirm”/“confermare”
At this point you will receive an email from HiPay.
If required (es. If you are paying through Visa or Mastercard) you will have to insert the tax code of the card owner, in order to make the transaction even safer than just by regular card verification (eg. through Verified by Visa o MasterCard SecureCode™ codes).
Once you card is confirmed and verified, you will be able to proceed with the payment.
Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive another email from HiPay. SAVE IT. If you don’t find it, try looking for it in the spam inbox before worrying. If the payment has been successfully concluded, your payment receipt should be attached to this email. Printing a copy of the receipt (that contains the summary of you payment process through HiPay on the Ypigrock website, the payment ID and the email address of the purchaser), will allow you to pick up your ticket at the Ypsigrock Festival Box Office. The Box Office is located in the concert area, in Via Sant’Anna, next to the entrance of Piazza Castello, in Castelbuono (Pa).
7. Will my ticket be delivered to my home address?
NO.
In order to get you ticket, you have to go to the Ypsigrock Box Office provided with a copy of the HiPay payment receipt, containing the summary of you payment process through HiPay on the Ypigrock website, the payment ID and the email address of the purchaser. The Box Office is located in the concert area, in Via Sant’Anna, next to the entrance of Piazza Castello, in Castelbuono (Palermo).
8. Can I collect my ticket in a ticket office?
NO.
In order to get you ticket, you will have to go to the Ypsigrock Box Office provided with a copy of the HiPay payment receipt, containing the summary of you payment process through HiPay on the Ypigrock website, the payment ID and the email address of the purchaser. The Box Office is located in the concert area, in Via Sant’Anna, next to the entrance of Piazza Castello, in Castelbuono (Palermo).
9. I have purchased more than one ticket but in the summary email message from HiPay the indicated quantity is “1”, even though I have bought more than one ticket. Why? Is that normal?
The number “1” in the summary of purchase email message from HiPay indicates the number of executed transactions. If two or more tickets have been bought with one single payment, the indicated quantity will remain “1”. That number refers to the number of completed transactions and NOT to the number of purchased tickets. So: yes, it is perfectly normal.
10. I have bought a ticket for Ypsigrock Festival. Is it a named ticket? Can I give it to someone else?
Tickes for Ypsigrock Festival are NOT named, but they are personal. You can give your ticket to someone else, as long as you take care of providing them with all the details to pick up their ticket at the Box Office (you will need to forward them the confirmation of payment email containing the summary of you payment process through HiPay on the Ypigrock website, the payment ID and the email address used to purchased the ticket).
You will also have to send us via email the details of the new person (who’s going to collect the ticket at the Box Office), and the code associated with the corresponding online transaction.
11. I have bought a ticket for Ypsigrock Festival, but I won’t be able to participate. Can I ask for refund?
I have accidentally bought a ticket for Ypsigrock Festival, can I ask for refund?
No. No refund is supplied for renounce to the festival for needs of the purchaser. Nevertheless, you can give your ticket to someone else, as long as you take care of providing them with all the details to pick up their ticket at the Box Office (you will need to forward them the confirmation of payment email containing the summary of you payment process through HiPay on the Ypigrock website, the payment ID and the email address used to purchased the ticket).
You will also have to send us via email the details of the new person (who’s going to collect the ticket at the Box Office), and the code associated with the corresponding online transaction.
